The Law Firm was established by Dr. Hamza Ali Almadani in 1421H (2001) in the commercial city of Jeddah. From the start, Dr. Hamza was keen to attract the highly qualified experts, lawyers and consultants to form an integrated team who will be able to render services and legal consultations at a higher level. The office took it upon itself to work with professionalism and high competence in order to accomplish what was entrusted to.

The office assumed the responsibility of contracting with several governmental and private agencies to provide services and legal consultations, and took over representation of other parties in front of all official and judicial entities. Also it has taken the responsibility of protecting and defending local, regional and international institutions and companies, as we accommodate in our Law Firm specialists in the following areas: (cases, commercial consultations, labor consultations, contracts and agreements, deals and all types of memorandums of understanding, administrative cases, distribution of estates and inheritances……….and other legal specialties).
